Health & Wellness Note to Self: Relax, De-stress, and Love Thy Neighbor AND Thyself

 

Try this little exercise I came across and see if you don’t get goosebumps. I do. And it reminds me to love myself and take good care of myself. Like: not to skip my exercise today; to eat carefully; and not to forget to take my vitamins and blue-green algae—a gift to myself for 20 years now.

 

  1. Stretch your arms above your head.
  2. Breathe deeply three times.
  3. Drop them and hug yourself… or someone close by!
