Past Lives: Do You Ever Feel Like You Were Napoleon or Joan or Arc? Here’s One Cat’s Version of Why

If you believe in reincarnation, keep reading. If you don’t… well, you’re probably not following this page anyway, so if reincarnation is a challenging topic for you then you may want to set this aside. I found this cat’s explanation of one aspect of reincarnation very fascinating. Nothing new, particularly, but she had a really interesting way of putting it. And I quote from our session, verbatim, with full permission from Lisa and her cat, Sassy. I am “L” and Sassy is “S.” And here is our beautiful Sassy.

Blair - SassyWhen I first tune into Sassy, she greets me very openly, very soft and warm, and purrs a little. She has been expecting me and seems to understand that we were going to be having this telepathic conversation. Last night, when I was putting together this record for the file, I was feeling her essence, so I’m sure she “got” that and felt my energy at the same time. Interestingly, I got a very strong impression/word last night as I was looking at her:  “Nefertiti,” the Egyptian queen. So, before even tuning in this morning, I Googled “Nefertiti” and read briefly about her. I’ve never gotten anything about Nefertiti before, and she is not a historic figure who is ever on my mind. So I decide to start there and ask Sassy about this. But first I go through a few minutes of greeting her, “petting” her etherically (which she was very open to and arched her back for), and telling her how beautiful she is and how much I am looking forward to our conversation.

L: Sassy, you are so very special. You know Lisa asked me to talk to you today. And first of all, and most importantly, she wants you to know you are the best friend she has ever had, and how much she loves and adores you. And she definitely wants to be reunited with you in other realms once you have both lived out this lifetime here on earth. (I could immediately tell that Sassy understands all about life and death, afterlife, reincarnation, etc., from the quick impressions I got back re Nefertiti, which you will see below. So much comes through so fast sometimes that it can’t all be gotten down right when it comes through, so I go back and talk about it in the conversation so that I can not only address it more openly and slowly with the animal, but also have time to get it into the record.) Sassy, do you know how special you are to Lisa? I can tell that you understand all I am saying and what she means about being reunited.

S: Oh yes. We have been together many times, and will be again. I have enjoyed being her cat, too, more than once! I really like being a cat, so I have chosen it often!

L: What you have already flashed to me, very instantaneously, if I’m getting this right, is that you were Nefertiti’s cat, and that Lisa was Nefertiti. That seems pretty wild and crazy, but did I get that correctly from you? Especially the part about Lisa being Nefertiti in a previous lifetime?

S: (She is grinning.) Yes you did, my dear (definitely speaking from a very wise old soul here, with female energy). But it’s not exactly as you humans think—this reincarnation thing.

L: Oh! Can you please enlighten me and tell me what you think and know about this topic? Any insights you can give me will be wonderful.

S: Well, sometimes it is true that we go from one individual person/body to another individual person/body. But there is another aspect of reincarnation which exists as well, and that is of archetypal consciousnesses (plural). These become known through great individuals who hold pivotal positions and influence at certain points in time (she is showing me George Washington here, so as not to focus just on Nefertiti). Those levels of consciousness that these special individuals hold often become disseminated much later, throughout time, to be “shared” by others who incarnate later. So, many have “inherited” (reincarnated) George Washington’s archetypal wisdom, for instance, without exactly having been that individual. (I am laughing here, out loud, at this point, because Sassy has dived into such a deep topic so quickly, and is doing her best to explain it to me. She continues: ) The further one goes through “time,” the more individuals who may share the disseminated energy/wisdom/consciousness of a particularly important individual. And both of these processes exist at the same time. So Lisa may have been Joe Schmoe (I swear she said that) in her last life on this planet, but she is also an incarnated offspring of Nefertiti because she inherited much of that individual’s wisdom and consciousness.

L: Well I must say, no one has ever explained reincarnation possibilities quite like this to me. I have been well aware of archetypes, but how this can relate to past lives and individuals, in the way you describe it, makes perfect sense and is something new in my book! I really appreciate your sharing this with me.

S: Yes. And this is why a lot of men say they were Napoleon. Or Jesus. So people just think they are crazy. But they’re not. They’re just very in touch with those sparks of energy and consciousness from those individuals that became seated within them in this lifetime.

L: So would this apply as well to archetypal souls who have perpetuated evil, like Adolf Hitler, for example?

S: Oh, absolutely. Because they are VERY powerful in their intent and often more conscious about manifesting it than even the most blessed among the benefactors (she chose this word; I think she means light-bearers, caretakers, Mother Teresa came to mind when she said this).

L: I see. So that may be why the whole idea of evil holds so much power in our world today, because it is such a strong energy so has spread very readily through its “sparks,” as you call them, into lifetimes and individuals down through the ages.

S: Exactly.

L: I could go on with this discussion with you for hours, Sassy, because I would love to hear how you think this trend might be turned around, but I suppose we should cover some of the things Lisa has asked me to talk to you about. Is that good with you at this point?

(end of excerpt)

“Nuff said! What do you think? Wow, huh? And thank you, Sassy! (P.S. I would have that same expression as George Washington, if I had to wear my hair that way!)
