Rock House and Pump House
This early Texas house is approximately 1400 square feet and has two bedrooms and one bath. It is the oldest house on the property, is very charming, and was built in the 1930’s. Texana in style with a deep front porch running the width of the house, it has wood floors, exposed cedar posts, a large open living/dining area, and the original huge, old fireplace. There is a utility room on the back, and this is the only house on the property that is supplied with propane lines for cooking and heating. AC is provided by appropriately placed window units. This house is currently undergoing some updating and renovation. The pump house, shown here to the right, is a two-story structure which contains the water holding tank. It also has ample storage for garden tools and lawnmowers.
