Cherry Springs Ranch in Hunt, Texas

Main House
The stucco’d main house, shaded by huge live oaks, was built in the 1940’s and is approximately 1660 square feet. It has a “hacienda” feel, with one bedroom, an office or sunroom, and two full baths. The master bed and bath suite was redone in 2005, complete with laundry facility and enclosed cedar closet for winter clothes, and has pine flooring. The kitchen was updated in 2006 with new appliances including an electric Maytag chef’s range. This house boasts Italian hard-fired tile flooring, a new metal roof installed in 2003, central heat and air newly installed in 2002, and a large living/dining area with fireplace. A small artist’s studio is attached off the back.
