Main Barn
About 40’ x 40’ this is the original old red metal barn. It has been adapted for use as a run-in feeding area for three to four horses down one side, which area could easily be converted into stalls. There is an additional cover built off the back which could also be enclosed. The barn itself has a wide isle in the middle, a small “kitchen” with hot and cold running water and a refrigerator for preparing feed, a tack room, and a hay room. There is also a large hay loft, adequate for storing up to 200-250 square bales of hay, and there is fencing arranged to create up to three separate pens around the perimeter. Off the main pen is a 12-acre, separately fenced pasture for keeping the horses up close to the compound if necessary.
