Blue-Green Algae for Hyperactive or Nervous Animals

nervous horseDo you have a dog you can’t leave without fear of coming home to a demolition derby — or who gets so worked up he literally can’t contain himself? A cat who bounces off the walls and shreds everything in sight? A horse who is so high strung he can’t even stand to be touched or groomed, much less trusted as a safe mount? Genetics can certainly play a part here, but often other things factor in as well, and taming the flame of nervousness or hyperactivity can become a very real issue. It may even be the deciding factor in whether you can keep your animal or not. And blue-green algae might just help.

There are many ways to approach this problem, conventional drugs and herbal remedies among them. And many of those can help. But sometimes they don’t. In my practice I’ve had countless such cases referred to me, often by veterinarians, when everything under the sun has been tried so talking to the animal is a last ditch effort to uncover some tidbit of useful information that might lead to a more effective answer. In most of these cases I have recommended blue-green algae, specifically Omega Sun by Simplexity, and had very good results, and here’s why.

You probably know this, but there is something in our noggins called the “blood-brain barrier” that very, very selectively allows nutrients and molecules to pass into and out of the brain. In treating nervous system conditions — like hyperactivity or anxiety, unless the drug of choice can pass through the blood-brain barrier, it is not going to help. This is why Omega Sun is so special — it is a master at passing through this barrier! But first, by way of technical information and to satisfy your curiosity, here is a rather boring definition of the blood-brain barrier, compliments of Wikipedia (you can skip this part if you want to):

The blood-brain barrier (BBB) is a separation of circulating blood and cerebral-spinal fluid (CSF) maintained by the choroid plexus in the central nervous system (CNS). Endothelial cells restrict the diffusion of microscopic objects (e.g. bacteria) and large or hydrophillic molecules into the CSF, while allowing the diffusion of small hydrophobic molecules (O2, hormones, CO2). Cells of the barrier actively transport metabolic products such as glucose across the barrier with specific proteins.

So. Omega Sun. As stated above, it is an absolute master at passing through the BBB because — and here’s the secret ingredient in this picture — Simplexity, the company that harvests and prepares it, has cleverly removed the cell wall for this particular product, so its near-perfect composition of nutrients can really get in there and flood the brain with just what it needs. And the brain, by the way, is the hungriest organ in the body, so it needs a LOT. Since blue-green algae is a wild-crafted, organic, single-cell food in its original form, the brain recognizes it instantly and slurps it up.

Unfortunately, many of our animals’ nervous systems — and therefore brains — have become “starved” and compromised through poor diet, stress, over-vaccinating, or chemical drugs. So, while I can’t promise you Omega Sun will be a panacea for all nervous conditions you may encounter with your animals, I can assure you it will at least supply their brain with what it needs in order to begin focusing and thinking.

I talked to a dog just today who is so dang smart it makes you shudder, but he’s so full of anxiety, and his mental focus is so erratic and jumpy, that he can’t begin to live up to his potential (and he has done thousands of dollars worth of damage to himself and his home during his anxiety attacks). He’s on drugs, of course, but the vets have thrown up their hands. Calling me was a last resort, as is often the case. Omega Sun to the rescue — his lovely lady had it ordered within the hour, along with some flower essences for his emotional state and a few other steps she will take that might prove helpful. My fingers are crossed for this boy.

Seriously, before you write off these most difficult of all cases, please do yourself and your animal a favor and try Omega Sun for a few weeks. And talk to them. They always need to understand what’s going on. Good luck!
